When are you recommending people put their tomatoes into the ground? The 16th seems very early, so maybe I should wait until the second sale, or perhaps that's not including time to harden off, which I am HOPELESSLY bad at keeping plants alive thorugh?

OH, also, I'm moving into my new house sometime in the next week. If I start my lasagna bed, will it be ready in time for the plants to go in? Or do I need to lasagna and put soil over the top to give the plants a place to start while the layers compress and break down? This has been strictly a lawn for ages and I've got no idea how many hours of direct sun I'll have.
